Tasty Coconut kheer

                         Coconut kheer We always look forward to eat something cold and sweet after dinner,  coconut kheer is a good option as an after dinner dessert. Rice is also mixed in coconut kheer when made in the south Indian way, but in north Indian this kheer is made with raw coconut without adding any rice. Rice is excluded so that it can also be eaten during fasts. Ingredients Raw coconut - 1(medium sizes) Milk-1 litre Ghee - 1 tbsp Cashew nuts-15 to 16 Raisins-23 to 25(break the stem and wash) Sugar - 100 grms Elaichi - 4 to 5 Almond - 4 to 5 How to cook coconut kheer *Pour milk in a thick based pan to boil. Grate the coconut, pour ghee in a frying pant then the grated coconut in it. Fry till coconut turns light brown. Papite ka halwa

                           Papaya halwa or papite ka halwa is Indian dessert made from ripe papaya friut. This is a friut which you come to ove once you  develop a taste for it. It is  not everyone's favourite, but those who love it find it hard to get by a morning without digging into a bowl of freshly cubed papayas. Ingredient 3 cup raw papaya , peeled and grated 1/4 cup artificial sweetner  3-4 chhoti elaichi- crushed 1 tbsp ghee 1/2 tsp almond essence  1/4 walnuts -chopped Directions Place the papaya in pressure cooker along with 1/4 cup water. Cook over high heat and when it start to make a hissing sound , lower the heat and let cook for 2 minutes. When papaya is tender, mash and add the elaichiand stir fry till excess water.
